Randy has been in the golf industry for 21 years, and a PGA member since 2008. Providing exceptional customer service is a routine priority. His teaching philosophy is teaching the golf swing from impact backwards, enabling the student to gain a sense of moving through impact in a forward fashion. Gaining a "friend in golf" through service and instruction is his ultimate goal for all of his students. Head PGA Professional - Tim Stephens
Tim started playing competitive golf at the age of 15 in his hometown of Boulder, Colorado. He quickly became passionate about the game of golf and decided to turn that passion into a career. Tim then attended New Mexico State University’s Professional Golf Management program to pursue a business career in golf. During his internships in college he studied under two PGA specialty certified golf instructors. One of those instructors was the 1999 National PGA Teacher of the year, Mike McGetrick, at his golf academy located in Denver, Colorado. Since graduating from NMSU, Tim has used these skills and experiences from working in the golf academy to improve upon his student’s knowledge of the game.
